THE JOURNAL PROJECT
Weaving Wellness into Everyday Living
Where we have incorporated life-long stress management tools and strategies into a journal/guide.
The Journal Project is the result of our decade of work in schools through Tools for All Teens, which is a program that promotes school-wide wellness through yoga, mindfulness practices and journaling. Over the past ten years, as our program has grown to include work with corporations and community groups, we have collected and created an abundance of stress-management tools that are suitable for all individuals at every stage of life and learning. The Journal Project is more than a journal and more than a resource: it is a guide to weaving wellness into everyday living.
In recent years, and in particular since the start of the pandemic, there has been a dramatic rise in mental illness across Canada, with an estimated one in three people affected by mental health challenges at some point in the course of their lives. The Journal Project is a vital tool to help combat that epidemic, for it is filled with practices and tools that can help everyone feel healthier, more inspired, more relaxed, and in greater control of their present and future.
We believe The Journal Project will appeal to all individuals not only because of the wealth of content we provide, but also because of the spirit of our enterprise. We truly believe The Journal Project can support, nurture, and inspire readers who seek balance and wellness in their lives.
