Triangle Breath is like Square Breath. It is an effective grounding practice.
To begin:
- Imagine the shape of a triangle.
- Inhale counting to 3 while imagining going up the first side of the triangle
- Hold for a count of 3 while imagining going down the 2nd side of the triangle
- Exhale for a count of 3 while imagining going across the bottom of the triangle
- Repeat for 3-5 rounds or longer if desired.
