Breathing and Tapping Exercise

A quick and simple practice to calm your anxiety through a breathing and tapping exercise.

– Begin by taking in a breath

– Pausing at the top of the breath

– And exhale

Repeat this a few times

– Once you’ve brought some calm to your body, place your hand at your heart center

– Gently tap as you breathe in and out

– Continue tapping and breathing for as long as you need to and start to notice your thoughts start to settle down.
