Tips For Managing Social Media
1. Don’t let your phone be the first and last thing you look at when waking up and going to sleep.
2. Make eating a phone-free time.
3. Keep you phone out of sight when working on a task.
4. Leave you phone in a bag or in your pocket when engaging in face-to-face contact.
5. Experiment with tech/ social media free moments, hours, and days.
