During the holidays and beyond, remember to try and pace yourself and be more in tune to when your stress levels are rising. These are a few of our fav’s, but what are your strategies for managing stress? It can be anything from cooking to reading a book and listening to music.

  1. Be Active – Help your body release endorphins by walking or riding a bike
  2. Eat Healthy – Food gives you both mental and physical strength
  3. Practice Deep Breathing – release tension and stress by slowly breathing in through your nose and exhaling
  4. Get Plenty of Sleep – Your body handles stress more efficiently after a good night’s sleep
