Triangle Breath

Triangle Breath is like Square Breath. It is an effective grounding practice.

To begin:

  • Imagine the shape of a triangle.
  • Inhale counting to 3 while imagining going up the first side of the triangle
  • Hold for a count of 3 while imagining going down the 2nd side of the triangle
  • Exhale for a count of 3 while imagining going across the bottom of the triangle
  • Repeat for 3-5 rounds or longer if desired.
